A position is available for a motivated fit individual to join our Site Clean team and yard crew. The position involves wippersnipping, mowing, removal of construction materials and the waste from sites. On days when no
Cleans are booked you will be required to work
In our recycling yard team sorting construction waste into streams for recycling. This is position that requires high energy, self motivation and on-site efficiency.

MUST HAVE:
- A self starter attitude.
- Organised
- Fit, healthy and willing to do physical work
- Manual Drivers License
- Some iPhone skills as all jobs are schedualed and tracked on phone.
- High standard of job completion
- Willing to work as a part of the team

Based on a casually hourly rate of $28.90 with the hope of going full time permanent equivalent for the person willing to take ownership of the role.

Hours are 6.30 - 3.00 Monday to Friday with a 30 min smoko and 45 min lunch break

On a daily basis your tasks could include but may not be limited to:

• General office administration duties such as telephone and email correspondence, assisting with the town run and general cleaning duties.
• Taking bookings and assisting clients with their enquiries
• Communicating with the supervisors, team members, clients, and other company contacts
• Assist with coordination and generation of various reports both weekly and monthly
• Maintain records both hardcopy and digital
• Data Entry with high attention to detail
• Create and manage forms and associated documentation for clients and accounts

Your background needs to include:

• Great customer service skills
• Efficient organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adequate Microsoft Office and computer skills with the ability to adapt to new software
• Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
• A positive, self-motivated attitude
• Excellent team skills and understanding of diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Previous administration experience is preferred but not essential

This role would be best suited to an energetic, motivated and confident individual who is driven and is wanting to grow within this business. To be successful in this role you will need to have a can-do attitude and approach to all things. Excellent customer service skills are essential along with the ability to prioritise and balance your daily tasks.

This position is Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm with the ability to work overtime when required.
